Having previously held roles in government, small to midsize law firms and a top-10 national retail mortgage lender, Blair has a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Here at August Hill, she is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources with a primary focus on operational efficiency. She is passionate about developing company culture, streamlining processes, driving standardization, and implementing scalable infrastructures.
