Prior to joining August Hill, Jeff founded ProRecruit Group, where he led retained global talent and executive recruiting engagements for clients such as CME, Camelot Global, and Camelot IL. Notably, Jeff led the recruiting efforts for Camelot IL, growing the teams from 0 to 100+ in under 18 months. Prior to founding ProRecruit Group, Jeff served as the Senior Executive Director, Talent Strategy at Hunt Club, where he built and led a team of talented, full-service retained recruiters and sourcing/research professionals concentrating on high-growth tech-focused startups, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.
