Michael is a seasoned equity investor across the PE and VC ecosystem. He currently co-runs a private equity firm investing in lower middle market control buyouts.

His career spans private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and investment banking. He helped take a portfolio company public at $525M enterprise value, has made 20+ private investments on behalf of committed funds, and arranged billions in financing for PE clients.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and a BS from Indiana University (Kelley).
