Most recently, Simon was Executive Vice President of Product and Innovation at Anywhere Real Estate (FKA Realogy Holdings). In this role, he was responsible for Product, Partner Programs, Agent/Broker Learning, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Ventures, and Consumer Programs across all Anywhere brands, which globally represent over 340,000 residential and commercial agents. Prior to taking on this role, Simon was COO then President & CEO of ERA, an Anywhere brand.

Earlier in his career, Simon held senior roles at portal Move Inc./Realtor.com, tech consultancy Cambridge Technology Partners, and boutique investment bank Markowitz & McNaughton. He also founded and sold a successful tech-forward investment brokerage.

As a highly sought-after and respected industry thought leader, Simon has testified in front of the FTC and DOJ, Co-Chaired a NAR Presidential Advisory Group on MLS Data Sharing, and appears regularly on REAL Trends Game Changer, RISMedia Newsmaker, and Swanepoel Power 200 lists.

An active real estate investor himself, Simon maintains a CA Real Estate Broker’s license and participates in industry diversity organizations such as AREAA and NAHREP as well as serving as a mentor/advisor to several leading real estate VC funds.
